Return Policy:

Stock merchandise purchased from Warren Jewellers may be returned for a full refund provided the following conditions are met:

Merchandise sold was not specifically excluded from Warren Jewellers return policy.

Jewelry has not been specially ordered (not from stock) or customized in any way.

Jewelry is returned to the store within 30 days on a cash/credit sale or withing 30 days of initial payment on a layaway item.

Jewelry must not have been worn or damaged in any way.

Any returned jewelry may require the item checked and authorized by Management.

Credit card purchase returnes will be charged a processing fee equal to the processing fee charged to Warren Jewellers from the credit card company.

No jewelry can be returned without a receipt.

Cash refunds may require refund made with a company check.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Non-custom Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom Orders may take up to 6 weeks (+/-) to process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method: UPS

Shipment cost: Free if Order is $50 or more (not including tax), all other Orders $5.95

Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days

Warren Jewellers ships to addresses within the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Warren Jewellers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Warren Jewellers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
