How long do custom designed rings take to be created?Custom designs usually take about 4-6 weeks to be cast and set! If you have a time crunch, please let us know and we will try everything in our power to help you meet your deadline.

Do you sell diamonds?Yes! We carry both natural mined diamonds and labratory grown diamonds, as well as a variety of diamond alternatives such as; moissanites, sapphires and rubies. Ask us about diamonds today!

What is the difference between a natural mined diamond and a lab grown diamond?Lab grown diamonds are essentially chemically and visually identical to natural diamonds! The main difference between the two is that one was grown in the earth over millions of years, while the other was grown in a lab for a few months. Lab grown diamonds have grown in popularity due to being more socially responsible as well as more cost effective to their natural counterparts.

Can I use my own center stone in a custom design?No problem! We understand that you may have your own diamond or gemstone and we will be glad to create a design customized for it or tweak an existing one to fit your stone!

What types of metals can you cast my custom design in?We can cast custom rings out of 10k/14k/18k white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, 14k palladium, palladium, and platinum! If there are any concerns with skin irritation; we do offer hypoallergenic metals (14k palladium, palladium and platinum)!

Do I need to set up an appointment to create a custom design?Not necessarily. If you're able to set up a time with us, either by phone or email, that would be best. However, if your schedule does not permit you to set up a time, feel free to walk on in and we will help you to the best of our ability.

Are your custom designs socially responsible?Of course! All the metals in our pieces are recycled. All of our stones are either lab-grown or sourced ethically.

Are your custom designs cast in the USA?Yes! Although, we do not have the technology to support casting in house, all of our custom settings are created in good Ole Louisiana! We do, however, design the piece in store with our 3-D design program.

Do you offer jewelry repairs?Yes we do! Our process for jewelry repairs is to check the jewelry in for a repair estimate (we insure your piece while it's with us). Then, usually within 1 week our onsite jeweler will provide an estimate for your repair. Once the estimate is accepted, repairs typically take 2-3 weeks to complete. There is no charge for providing the estimate!

Do you clean jewelry?Yes! It typically takes about 5 minutes for us to inspect and clean your jewelry. It is a complimentary service that we provide.

What do you recommend for care for my jewelry?Whether worn every day or only on special occasions, we recommend treating all of your jewelry with care and attention. Always remove your jewelry and store it carefully in a safe place when working with your hands, such as: performing household tasks, gardening, playing sports, working out, bathing, using abrasive products or engaging in any activity that could damage or cause the loss of your jewelry. Protect your jewelry from sharp blows and strong pressure. Limit potential damage by putting your jewelry on at the end of your beauty routine. Be sure to never wear your jewelry while using chlorinated products or swimming in pools/hot tubs.

What is your Return Policy?Stock merchandise purchased from Warren Jewellers may be returned for a full refund provided the following conditions are met: Merchandise sold was not specifically excluded from Warren Jewellers return policy. Jewelry has not been specially ordered (not from stock) or customized in any way. Jewelry is returned to the store within 30 days on a cash/credit sale or withing 30 days of initial payment on a layaway item. Jewelry must not have been worn or damaged in any way. Any returned jewelry may require the item checked and authorized by Management. Credit card purchase returnes will be charged a processing fee equal to the processing fee charged to Warren Jewellers from the credit card company. No jewelry can be returned without a receipt.
